We are looking for a Team Leader to join our partner's team in the Mobile Development department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing mobile application development processes and ensuring the successful completion of projects while supporting team members.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage mobile application development projects.
• Understand and effectively leverage the strengths of team members.
• Ensure the development of innovative and user-friendly mobile applications.
• Manage project timelines and budgets efficiently.
• Solve technical challenges and uphold the best practices in mobile app development.
• Lead the team by enhancing motivation and providing guidance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in mobile application development.
• Advanced knowledge of React Native.
• Proven leadership experience in mobile application projects.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
• Creative thinking ability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership abilities in managing and developing team members.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
