Qualifications:

-Minimum of 5 years of experience working with .NET technologies and Microsoft ecosystem (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Azure, etc.),

-Proven leadership experience in software development teams and project management,

-Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies,

-Experience and understanding of business processes and digital transformation projects,

-Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills,

-Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively, fostering a collaborative environment.
