Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
- Present and demonstrate product offerings tailored to client needs.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth objectives.
- Provide feedback from the market to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Adept at working independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills and Attributes
- Experience in technology or SaaS sales is an advantage but not necessary.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive business growth.
- Willingness to travel as required by client and business needs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
