Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and industry partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic business plans.
- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs, and generate product development ideas.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to prospective clients and negotiate business agreements.
- Track and report on competitive marketing and sales activity.
- Attend industry events and conferences to pursue business development opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a business development or sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
