Customer Service Supervisor
We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join our partner’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring valuable network marketing experience, with strengths in analyzing customer feedback, developing strategic action plans to improve satisfaction, and collaborating across departments to meet customer needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to make a meaningful impact within a global organization.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze customer feedback.
- Develop action plans to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement customer needs.
- Monitor customers’ feedbacks and analyze the problematic stages in the system
according to the feedbacks. - Achievement against service targets.
- Continuously improve customer experience processes.
- Team training and coaching.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in network marketing, or customer service management, with a strong background in network marketing companies.
- Experience in a network marketing area is a must.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized with excellent time management skills.
- Advanced English is must, Chinese is a plus.
- Preferably having a degree from the Social Sciences or Communication departments.
