We are looking for a Product Development Manager to drive the growth of our partner's product portfolio, focusing on market research, trend analysis, branding, and strategic product positioning. This role requires a self-motivated, research-driven professional who can take ownership of products, actively engage in industry events, and effectively communicate product value.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and monitor new product developments, especially in the cosmetics, home care and food supplements products,
• Develop and enhance product portfolios, define product messaging, and create branding strategies,
• Track product registration processes and ensure compliance, while prioritizing market research and competitive analysis,
• Participate in industry fairs and events to identify new trends, product models, and business opportunities,
• Create and deliver engaging product presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders,
• Define pricing strategies based on market conditions and competitor analysis,
• Develop reports, maintain product-related data, and support decision-making processes with insights,
• Drive tactical initiatives and manage seasonal campaigns to maximize product success,
• Take an active role in events, showcasing and selling products with confidence and expertise.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in product management/ownership,
• Experience in food supplements or a relevant background in nutrition, health sciences, or a related field.
• A self-starter who can develop and execute tactical strategies independently.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to engage audiences effectively.
• Ability to create and analyze reports, market data, and product performance metrics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive product success.
• Strong interest in the cosmetics industry is a plus.
