Responsibilities

• Preparation of month-end closing reports in accordance with IFRS standards.
• Ensuring the compliance of local accounting records with regulations and company
  policies.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance and
  provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and deliver management reporting packages, including financial performance summaries and key business metrics.
• Develop financial models to support business decision-making and strategic
  planning.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis on revenue, cost structures, and profitability.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks and opportunities through scenario analysis and trend evaluations.
• Prepare and analyze key financial KPIs to monitor business performance.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to ensure financial data integrity and compliance with reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, and
management reporting.
• Proficient in IFRS reporting and local regulations.
• Advanced skills in Excel and financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
• Possesses an analytical mindset.
• Excellent command of English.
