Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of projects across various functions, including product, marketing, growth, data, and operations.
• Supporting business operations and decision-making within relevant departments.
• Conducting market research, analyzing insights, and preparing deliverables.
• Managing internal and external communications to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Collaborating directly with founders and the team, assisting with cross-functional projects.
• Working from the Maslak office at least two days per week as part of the hybrid model.
