We are looking for a Visual Content Specialist who can bring fresh, creative energy to their brand through engaging video and visual content. This role involves producing original short and long-form videos and social media assets that align with their brand identity. You’ll need to visit the office 1-2 days a week, while the rest of your work can be done remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Video Content Creation: Editing and producing videos in various formats (short vertical, long horizontal, etc.), brainstorming new concepts with the founding team.
• Visual Design: Designing social media posts and marketing materials while staying true to the company's established visual identity, adding creative innovations using Canva and other design tools.
• Content Ideation: Researching trends in the freelancer ecosystem and new work models to generate attention-grabbing content ideas.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Working closely with the founding team to execute content plans, adapting to fast feedback loops, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Video Editing Experience: Proficiency in video editing software and strong storytelling skills.
• Design & Creativity: Ability to create compelling digital designs that align with the company’s brand while incorporating fresh, trendy elements.
• Team Collaboration: Willingness to work 1-2 days per week in the office, maintaining strong communication remotely.
