We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our partner company’s team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate operational support, resource planning, and project phases
• Oversee team coordination with lead developers to achieve project goals
• Plan, organize, and monitor multiple projects
• Support product management in developing a software feature roadmap
• Manage product backlog, prioritize during sprint planning, and track user stories
• Ensure software deliverables meet customer needs
• Participate in Scrum activities (stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives)
• Oversee release and deployment management
• Coordinate third-party partners and affiliate programs
• Monitor and report project progress
• Ensure project deliverables meet scope, quality, cost, and timeline goals

Requirements:

• 5+ years of IT project management experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong customer communication skills
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Experience in resource planning, backlog management, and Agile/Scrum
• Proven ability to manage multiple IT projects
