We are hiring on behalf of our partner, a globally recognized company in the insurance and brokerage sector. We are looking for a Claims Executive who will be responsible for managing non-motor claim processes and coordinating with international stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and register claim notifications in internal systems
• Monitor claims and related expenses through structured reporting
• Track and ensure timely collections and payments related to claims
• Follow up with reinsurers regarding overdue claim calls
• Conduct periodic reconciliations with the finance team
• Communicate effectively with international stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
• Maintain filing and documentation according to company standards
• Support other operational claim-related tasks as outlined in internal procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or claims departments within insurance or brokerage companies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken – this is a must
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools
