We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for our partner, a next-generation consulting firm with a global client base.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with international teams and travel to global destinations such as the UK, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai. If you're passionate about client success, sales strategy, and fast-paced environments, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Development or Account Management, ideally in SaaS.
- Strong communication skills—both oral and written—in English.
- Proven track record in sales, persuasion, and relationship-building.
- Self-motivated and solutions-oriented with a passion for innovation.
- Client-focused with a genuine desire to provide top-notch support.
- Strategic thinker with excellent time and project management abilities.
- Experience navigating legal discussions and negotiating contracts.
- Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and drive decisions.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts with a focus on retention and growth.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value.
- Work in a team selling environment to increase account coverage.
- Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales performance.
- Lead high-level negotiations and manage contracts with C-level executives.
- Join onboarding and business review meetings with key stakeholders.
- Understand and align with clients' strategic goals to deliver impact.
- Own renewal strategies and ensure commercial targets are met.
