Business Development Representative

Now, we’re looking for someone in Dubai to help us grow our presence in the UAE and beyond.
This is not a high-volume sales role. It’s a strategic one.
You’ll be part of a boutique team, identifying the right partners, not just chasing numbers.
You'll help us position recruitment as a business-critical solution — not a support function.
What you’ll do
- Research and engage with potential clients in UAE and KSA
- Understand their hiring challenges and position our solutions
- Build and manage your outreach pipeline
- Collaborate directly with our founder and lead consultants
- Contribute to how we grow in the region, not just what we sell
What we’re looking for
- Based in Dubai, with 1-3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development
- Comfortable reaching out, starting conversations, and building trust
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Curious, structured, and proactive — you think before you speak, but you always follow up
- A genuine interest in recruitment, people, or the future of work
