We are looking for an experienced Budget & Reporting Lead to join our partner’s growing team. This role will be key in ensuring accurate and transparent accounting processes in compliance with IFRS standards, supporting financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and complete recording of daily accounting entries
• Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in line with IFRS standards during monthly and annual closings
• Analyze and interpret financial statements in compliance with IFRS
• Develop financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes
• Conduct cash flow forecasts, profitability models, and capital expenditure analyses
• Support internal and external audit processes, providing documentation and working closely with auditors
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management
• Identify areas for improvement in accounting processes and propose solutions
• Ensure efficient use of software and systems in accounting operations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, with proven experience in preparing balance sheets and income statements
• Advanced Excel skills, particularly in financial analysis and modeling
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software
• Professional certifications (SMMM, CPA, or equivalent) are highly preferred
• Solid understanding of tax regulations
• Prior experience in audit processes is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
