Head of Marketing
We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the full marketing ecosystem of our partner company — a forward-thinking, community-driven organization redefining the future of workspace, lifestyle, and culture.
This role will be pivotal in positioning the brand not only as an inspiring workspace provider but as a cultural and lifestyle hub. The Head of Marketing will shape how the brand story is told, how partnerships are built, and how impact is scaled locally and globally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and drive the brand’s holistic marketing and communication strategy.
- Ensure consistency across all touchpoints — digital, physical spaces, events, and partnerships.
- Build compelling narratives that elevate the brand as an innovative lifestyle and business icon.
2. Integrated Marketing & Growth
- Manage 360° marketing plans across digital campaigns, content, social media, performance, SEO/SEM, and CRM.
- Align marketing initiatives with product and sales teams for measurable business impact.
- Track KPIs, optimize funnel performance, and ensure tangible ROI across campaigns.
3. Public Relations & Media
- Design PR strategies to strengthen visibility across lifestyle, business, and tech/startup media.
- Support thought leadership, executive profiling, and manage crisis communications when needed.
- Build and nurture relationships with journalists, influencers, and media partners.
4. Sponsorships & Strategic Partnerships
- Identify and manage impactful sponsorships and brand collaborations with corporate, cultural, and lifestyle partners.
- Develop partnerships that enhance brand equity, community engagement, and revenue.
- Evaluate sponsorship ROI while maintaining a premium brand positioning.
5. Community & Events Leadership
- Lead flagship community events and activations from concept to execution.
- Create annual marketing and events calendars aligned with brand and business goals.
- Deliver world-class experiences that strengthen brand love and loyalty.
6. Leadership & Agency Management
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across brand, digital, PR, and events with mentorship and strategic direction.
- Coordinate external agencies across creative, media, PR, and event production.
- Own and optimize marketing budgets for maximum efficiency and impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in a leadership or head role (agency + in-house).
- Proven success in integrated brand management and growth marketing.
- Experience with premium or multinational brands — ideally in lifestyle, hospitality, or tech/startup sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital growth, brand storytelling, and creative strategy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Turkish.
