We are looking for an Accounting & Finance Specialist to join our partner company!

In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting month-end closing and reporting processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external auditors to maintain compliance, efficiency, and transparency across all accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily general ledger entries in compliance with the Uniform Chart of Accounts

• Post and review purchase and expense invoices

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes and monitor vendor accounts

• Prepare supplier payment schedules and control payment processes

• Record accounting entries related to import and export transactions

• Perform bank entries and reconcile bank, cash, and current accounts

• Ensure accurate and complete accounting operations using the Mikro Accounting software

• Complete month-end closing procedures and prepare control and reconciliation reports

• Support VAT refund processes

• Ensure accounting records are maintained accurately, regularly, and in a timely manner

• Provide necessary documentation and information during independent audit and YMM processes

• Support monthly trial balance preparation and financial reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting

• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and the Uniform Chart of Accounts

• Experience in import and export accounting transactions

• Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) processes and supplier payment tracking

• Proficient in using Mikro Accounting software

• Advanced user of MS Excel

• At least intermediate level of English

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
