Administrative Affairs & Accounting Specialist
We are looking for a Administrative Affairs & Accounting Specialist to join our partner company!
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a global business coaching organization that supports companies in sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and leadership development.
For their Türkiye operations, we are seeking a team member who will confidently manage the company’s administrative and financial structure, take ownership of processes, and play a central role in daily operations.
This role is not merely “paperwork tracking”; it is a position responsible for maintaining the company’s administrative and financial backbone.
Scope of the Role
Administrative Processes
Creation and accurate maintenance of personnel records (onboarding documents, contracts, leave forms, etc.)
Document archiving and management of important company records
Coordination of attendance, leave, and reporting processes with the CPA / Financial Advisor office
Managing phone lines and handling incoming calls
Office supplies and inventory management
Execution of purchasing processes as directed by the CEO (consumables, equipment, etc.)
Tracking meal card payments and related processes
Accounting Processes
Issuing invoices and delivery notes
Tracking collections and payments
Monitoring current accounts and conducting reconciliation processes
Preparing documentation related to bank and cash transactions
Regular filing of all financial documents and coordination with the CPA / Financial Advisor office
Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-accounting and administrative affairs
Familiar with personnel records and basic HR processes
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
Detail-oriented, organized, and systematic
Strong follow-up and sense of responsibility
Strong verbal and written communication skills; a team player
