We are looking for a 'Senior Performance Marketing Specialist' to join our energetic and motivated team for our partner agency that we are consulting with.

Essential Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, and/or related departments,
- 4 – 6 years of experience in digital marketing
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Experience in Google Ads / Facebook Ads and other performance marketing channels
- Self-motivated and eager to learn about technological developments
- Advanced account management skills
- Patient, passionate, and concise in communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Forward-thinking and innovative mindset
- Proactive and initiative-taker
- Curious and hungry to learn new ways of client management

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop outstanding overall marketing strategy designed to meet with partners’ monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives.
- Lead QBR meetings to make sure the strategy is in line with partners’ expectations
- Grow and deepen relationships with partners by providing a personalized experience to each of them.
- Collaborate with the Analytics team to understand the partner’s overall business performance and to connect performance marketing strategies with the ultimate goal.
- Track weekly and monthly reports for all channels to ensure efficient budget distribution.
- Regularly follow technology trends in the digital marketing area and beyond
