Marketing Intelligence Analyst
We are looking for a Marketing Intelligence Analyst whose mission will be to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various teams to ensure data accuracy, develop insightful reports, and support data-driven marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements
- A strong analytical approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English.
- Proficiency in giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and consensus-building skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders across the organization, from technical to creative teams and individual contributors to executives.
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively, maintain concentration, and stay focused on a project to meet deadlines.
- A great work ethic and a positive attitude.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a data analyst with expertise in data analysis and visualization.
- Experience with web and app analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics, including data tracking, collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview).
- Ability to work with large datasets and tackle complex analysis problems.
- Experience managing multiple projects at once.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools, data warehousing, and data privacy/security regulations.
- Understanding of marketing concepts such as metrics, channels, and attribution.
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and customer journeys that guide business strategy.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics.
- Use statistical techniques to interpret data and provide regular reports.
- Monitor and assess marketing campaign performance across channels.
- Offer insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to shape future strategies.
- Work with data engineers for seamless data integration and access.
- Assist in developing data collection systems to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Present findings and actionable insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business processes.
- Develop and apply data analysis methods for strategic initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and data analysis technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
