We are seeking a qualified Financial Reporting and Controlling Team Leader for our partner in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial reporting and controlling, along with strong analytical, communication, and team management skills. Responsibilities

• Preparing and reporting IFRS/CMB financials,
• Reviewing and analyzing financial statements monthly,
• Controlling of finance related operational figures,
• Developing and implementing controlling and reporting Systems,
• Reviewing and ensuring appropriate IFRS applications in place,
• Supports recruiting, staffing, training and onboarding processes as appropriate,
• Assists with performance management processes (e.g., goal setting, performance evaluation, etc.); completes performance evaluations for assigned staff,
• Oversees time management processes (e.g., time approval, scheduling, etc.)
• Performs other supervisory responsibilities as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields,
• +5 years of experience in Big4 audit companies,
• Excellent command on English, both spoken and written,
• Good understanding of IFRS (Experience in energy business will be preferable),
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office & SAP BPC,
• High degree of analytical mind and problem-solving skills and the ability to make reliable, objective judgments and proposals,
• Proactive and results-oriented, work to achieve tangible results,
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment,
• Team-oriented, strong time management and communication skills.
