Who we’re looking for:

We’re in search of a charismatic and inspiring pastry leader who brings both deep expertise and a strong sense of authorship to their craft.

What you'll bring:

• A degree in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related fields
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in pastry, bakery, and chocolate
• A proven track record in R&D, developing signature recipes and seasonal menus (min. 5 years)
• Preferably from France or Italy, open to relocating as an expat
• A natural team leader: you guide, teach, and uplift your kitchen
• Passionate about trend research, product development, and continuous innovation
• Skilled in recipe documentation and MS Office tools
• Exceptionally organized, with strong communication and time management skills
• A creative spirit with business acumen — someone who understands both flavor and impact
