Sales Specialist
We are looking for a Sales Specialist for our partner’s first international location in Baku.
This role will report directly to the Regional Manager and will play a key role in driving commercial success through sales, customer relationship management, and partnership development.
The ideal candidate is a sales-driven professional with experience in real estate or hospitality, a strong understanding of corporate client needs, and the ability to manage the sales process effectively from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and business partners.
- Support the Regional Manager in achieving revenue, occupancy, and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in line with local and international expansion goals.
- Prepare and present offers, proposals, and leasing agreements in coordination with the management team.
Customer Success & Account Management
- Ensure an excellent client experience throughout onboarding, renewal, and retention stages.
- Collaborate with operations and hospitality teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality service.
- Serve as the primary contact for existing clients, managing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
Market & Operational Coordination
- Monitor local market dynamics, competitor activity, and pricing trends.
- Work closely with outsourced sales teams to ensure consistent delivery and alignment with company standards.
- Contribute to marketing and sales initiatives that drive visibility and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or coworking sectors
- Proven experience in corporate/B2B sales with strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven personality
- Experience coordinating outsourced or partner sales operations is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Languages: Azerbaijani (fluent), English (advanced – written and spoken), Turkish (professional working proficiency)
