We are partnering with a well-established organization operating in the services sector and are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and strengthen its financial and operational backbone.

This role goes beyond traditional finance leadership. The CFO will oversee Finance, Budget & Planning, and Procurement functions, and will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, governance, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee financial management processes including budgeting, financial planning, reporting, cash flow, and investment management

• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational profitability and financial efficiency

• Manage financial risk, tax strategy, and cost control frameworks

• Coordinate and support external audit processes, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of required documentation

• Oversee group procurement and purchasing activities, including:

• supplier selection,

• contract negotiations,

• standardization initiatives aimed at maximizing cost advantages

• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and act as a key business partner in decision-making processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a strong plus)

• Minimum 15 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles such as CFO or Finance Director

• Preferably experienced in the services sector and project-based business environments

• Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, cash flow, and investment management

• Proven track record in driving financial performance and operational efficiency

• Solid knowledge of financial risk management, tax regulations, and cost optimization

• Hands-on experience managing external audits

• Background in procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiation is highly desirable

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
