Wide and Wise is partnering with a founder-led private credit advisory firm as it grows its European execution team. We are hiring Analysts who will sit at the centre of live deal execution from day one.

Our client advises high-growth technology companies and acquisition-driven platforms on raising institutional debt — spanning growth capital, M&A financing, and platform expansion strategies across the UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East. The firm has closed well over a billion dollars in committed facilities for clients internationally, with typical mandates in the eight-to-nine-figure range.

This is a small, high-intensity team where execution standards are institutional but the environment is entrepreneurial. There is no back office to hide in — and no ceiling on exposure.

What You'll Actually Do

You'll be a core member of the deal team, working directly with company founders, CFOs, and private credit funds on active mandates:

• Build and own financial models, leverage analysis, and credit metrics

• Draft lender-facing materials — teasers, information memoranda, and debt presentations — to an institutional standard

• Shape the credit story: translate complex businesses into clear, compelling narratives for lenders

• Run data rooms, coordinate due diligence workflows, and manage lender Q&A

• Research sectors, map the lender landscape, and support origination

• Contribute to internal strategy and firm-building initiatives

The expectation is ownership, not task completion. You'll be trusted with real responsibility early — and held to a high bar.

Who Thrives Here

• 1–3 years' experience in investment banking, Big 4 transaction services, private credit, direct lending, or a comparable deal environment

• Strong financial modelling skills with advanced Excel; polished PowerPoint output

• Hands-on experience preparing institutional-grade transaction materials

• A working command of debt structures, credit metrics, and leverage dynamics

• Meticulous attention to detail, structured thinking, and genuine intellectual curiosity

• Comfort with pace, ambiguity, and direct client exposure

• Full professional fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
