We are looking for a Land Freight Specialist to join one of our partner companies and take responsibility for the planning, coordination, and management of international road transportation operations for pharmaceutical and healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor international road freight operations.

• Ensure pharmaceutical shipments are managed in line with customer requirements, quality standards, and operational procedures.

• Coordinate effectively between customers, carriers, and internal operations teams.

• Proactively monitor shipments and provide customers with timely and accurate updates throughout the transportation process.

• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to ensure smooth and uninterrupted delivery processes.

• Develop improvement opportunities to increase operational efficiency and service quality.

• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.

• Ensure full compliance with company procedures and customer-specific quality requirements.

• Support customer visits and business development activities when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in road freight/logistics operations.

• Previous experience in Pharma Logistics, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical transportation processes.

• Knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) requirements and temperature-controlled transportation is highly preferred.

• Experience in international transportation and cross-border logistics operations.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.

• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment with a result-oriented approach.
