General Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Econometrics (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Proven experience in preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS
• Knowledge of reporting standards, Turkish Commercial Code and tax legislation, with ability to follow updates
• Preferably holding CPA (SMMM) certificate
• Experience with SAP BPC is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
• Residence in Ankara

Job Description

• Preparation and submission of solo reports of audited companies
• Preparation and presentation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Conducting financial analysis of TFRS financial statements of the holding and its subsidiaries, and presenting to management
• Monitoring TFRS regulations and ensuring implementation across group companies
• Providing written/oral responses and consultancy regarding TFRS inquiries from companies
• Supporting ongoing and upcoming TFRS reporting projects
• Developing and implementing budget models for group companies’ reporting and annual budget processes
• Monitoring budget applications, performing necessary controls and analyses
• Contributing to improvements in budget management processes
• Following regulatory changes and updating budgets accordingly
• Preparing monthly variance analyses between budget and actual results, and reporting deviations with reasons
