Our partner is a fast-growing, cutting-edge HealthTech Start-up dedicated to the digital transformation of pathology laboratories through web-based AI-powered solutions. Operating from major technoparks in Turkey (Ankara) and strategic digital health hubs in Europe (Finland), they bridge the gap between traditional medical diagnostics and advanced AI technology.
As they expand their reach across local and international markets, we are looking for a visionary, sharp, and driving B2B Sales Specialist to own their end-to-end sales pipeline and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Ownership: Take over and qualify leads from the internal marketing/business development teams, as well as international conferences and exhibitions.
Pipeline Management: End-to-end management of the B2B sales cycle—from initial contact and product demos to tender alignment and closing deals.
Stakeholder Navigation: Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse healthcare stakeholders, including Provincial Health Directorates, Chief Physicians, Pathology Heads, and Laboratory Technicians.
CRM & Data Accuracy: Keep the internal CRM system meticulously updated to monitor the sales pipeline status and guide data-driven decision-making.
Market Intelligence: Conduct regular competitor and market analysis (both local and global) to provide strategic insights that position the company ahead of the curve.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company at local and international health tech fairs, congresses, and industry events.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably within health technologies, medical devices, digital health, or hospital software ecosystems.
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with hospital procurement processes, public/private tenders, or laboratory workflows is highly valued.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must.
Location & Mobility: Based in Ankara (Hybrid) or Istanbul (Remote). Since the role requires heavy field action and hospital visits, a valid driver’s license and no travel restrictions are mandatory.
Soft Skills: Visionary mindset, strong communication and presentation skills, quick learner, and high resilience to long B2B sales cycles.
