General Qualifications:

• Graduated from relevant university departments (Visual Design, Design, or related fields),

• At least 5 years of experience in domestic and international retail stores, with a minimum of 2 years of team management experience,

• Proficient in using MS Office programs,

• Experience in the retail sector,

• Customer-oriented mindset,

• Experience in visual merchandising and window display design,

• Solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and capable of managing operational processes,

• Interested in product placement and creative outfit/combination styling in stores,

• For male candidates, completion of military service,

• No travel restrictions,

• Advanced level of spoken English,

• Actively able to drive.

Job Description:

• Preparing, supervising, and actively participating in the opening of window displays and interior designs for new domestic and international stores; creating seasonal visuals and supporting orientation processes,

• Preparing opening packages and visual merchandising equipment for new stores,

• Conducting regular visits to domestic and international stores,

• Renewing and monitoring window displays during seasonal transitions,

• Implementing and monitoring product and visual placement in stores, and preparing regular reports,

• Ensuring coordination between the brand and the sales team,

• Sharing, implementing, and monitoring seasonal visuals prepared by the Brand Department,

• Updating and implementing all visuals for showrooms and the B2B online platform in line with seasonal concepts during fair periods,

• Supporting the learning and development needs of the team to achieve internal process goals,

• Analyzing sales reports based on visual merchandising implementations,

• Carrying out planning, goal setting, organizing, resourcing, directing, controlling, and performance management activities to ensure effective execution of operations.
