We are looking for a Budget & Reporting Specialist for one of our partners, a well-established and diversified holding company operating across multiple industries in Turkey. The role is responsible for TFRS & IFRS-compliant standalone and consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis for group companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields

• 5–7 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and/or external audit

• Strong hands-on knowledge of TFRS / IFRS applications

• Active involvement in consolidation processes

• Preferably Big 4 audit background, or solid experience in financial reporting and consolidation

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications

• Experience with SAP / BPC is a plus

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure during closing and reporting periods

• Proficiency in English

Job Description

• Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with TFRS/IFRS

• Management of financial closing processes

• Supporting the preparation and review of consolidation packages

• Preparation of footnotes and financial statement disclosures

• Coordination and management of external audit processes

• Preparation of IFRS/TFRS-compliant budgets

• Preparation of financial analyses and ad-hoc reports

• Active involvement in initiatives aimed at improving financial processes
