We are looking for a System and Operational Security Assistant Specialist to join their dynamic team and play a key role in maintaining a robust, secure, and resilient technological infrastructure.

Job Description

• System & Application Security: Support the implementation of security configurations (hardening) across servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications. Ensure server and service access aligns with corporate security policies.

• Endpoint & Threat Management: Monitor the health and status of endpoint security software (Antivirus, EDR, etc.). Support the investigation of security incidents such as spam, phishing, and malware.

• Identity & Access Management (IAM): Manage user account lifecycles (creation, updates, offboarding) within Active Directory and Azure AD environments. Track and report on privileged accounts (admin, etc.).

• Cloud & Collaboration Platforms: Perform core administrative and security tasks across Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams environments.

• Compliance & Audit: Support activities related to ISO 27001, KVKK (GDPR), and internal information security policies. Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation for internal and external audit processes.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or related fields.

• System Administration: At least 3 years of experience in managing Windows Server and Linux operating systems.

• Platform Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in Active Directory, Exchange management, and Microsoft 365 administration.

• Cloud & Security: At least 3 years of experience in cloud systems and security principles.

• Frameworks & Regulations: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ISO 27001 and KVKK (Data Privacy) regulations.

• Certification: Possession of ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (LA) certification and Microsoft or equivalent technical certifications is highly preferred.
