About the Client

Our partner is a leading global player in the prefabricated and modular systems industry, known for delivering large-scale international projects. We are seeking a visionary Supply Chain Director to oversee their end-to-end operations and drive strategic excellence across global markets.

As the Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight and continuous improvement of Domestic and International Procurement, Foreign Trade, Production Planning, and Logistics. You will lead unit managers to achieve corporate targets while ensuring operational efficiency at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight: Define supply chain strategies and coordinate with unit managers to ensure alignment with long-term business goals.

• Operational Excellence: Supervise and optimize business processes across procurement, foreign trade, planning, and logistics.

• Performance Management: Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement interventions to boost productivity and efficiency.

• Global Trade & Compliance: Direct foreign trade operations ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations.

• Vendor Management: Oversee high-level supplier relationships, evaluating performance and developing strategic partnership models.

• Risk Mitigation: Analyze supply chain risks and develop robust management strategies in collaboration with department heads.

• Executive Reporting: Provide comprehensive reports and strategic insights to the senior management team for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in a related field.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (specifically covering Procurement, Foreign Trade, Production Planning, and Logistics).

• Proven track record in managing large, diverse teams and leading change.

• Advanced proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.

• Fluency in English at an advanced/professional level.

• Strong analytical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Superior time management and the ability to multitask in high-pressure environments.

• Deep operational awareness of global supply chain trends.
