General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in maritime, shipping, port operations, or a similar industry,

• Previous leadership or senior operations experience,

• Strong knowledge of vessel and port operations,

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills,

• Customer-oriented and proactive approach,

• Strong reporting and organizational skills,

• Advanced level of English,

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Job Description

• Support the General Manager in operational and administrative processes,

• Coordinate and oversee daily maritime and port operations,

• Ensure operational continuity and resolve operational issues when needed,

• Prepare regular operational reports for the Head Office,

• Maintain effective communication with customers and operational teams,

• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction,

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards,

• Drive coordination across teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
