People and Culture Specialist
We are looking for a People & Culture Specialist to join our partner's team.
Our partner is a fast-growing international company operating in a dynamic and innovative environment.
In this role, you will support a broad range of People & Culture initiatives across different functions and regions. Working closely with managers and employees, you will contribute to talent acquisition, employee experience, and people-related projects while helping build a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

What You'll Do
Partner with managers across different functions and regions to support hiring, team growth, and people-related initiatives.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and strong hiring outcomes.
Support onboarding activities and help new employees successfully integrate into the organization.
Contribute to employee engagement, culture, and employer branding initiatives.
Act as a trusted partner for employees and managers on day-to-day People & Culture topics.
Support performance management, talent development, learning, and career growth initiatives.
Analyze people and hiring data to generate insights and support decision-making.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of People & Culture processes, programs, and employee experience practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams on organizational growth, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
Stay up to date with market trends and modern People practices to help drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of experience in People & Culture, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
Hands-on recruitment experience and exposure to broader employee lifecycle processes.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different levels of the organization.
An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
A proactive, organized, and adaptable approach to work.
A genuine interest in employee experience, organizational culture, and talent development.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, international, and collaborative environment.
Experience working with stakeholders across different functions, regions, or cultures is a plus.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
